"How to Measure Industrial Grinding Efficiency"
This one day workshop covers Work Index Efficiency and Functional Performance of Ball Milling. The workshop condenses modules 4 and 5 into a one day intensive training session.

"Pump and Cyclone Calculations to Maximize Grinding Circuit Performance" This two day course covers process application calculations for slurry pumps and hydrocylones to maximize grinding circuit efficiency and significantly reduce operating cost . As described in September, 2014, Mining Engineering , "Plant Performance Improvements Using Grinding 'Circuit Classification System Efficiency' ", the measurable benefits in terms of energy and cost reduction are often very substantial. Increased throughput and improved recovery can also be achieved.

"Acquiring Plant Data for Grinding Circuit Performance Analysis" This two day course covers the methods and steps needed for the successful collection and analysis of plant data to achieve grinding circuit performance improvements. hrough the use of examples and proven systematic methodologies, this course will provide attendees with an understanding of what information is needed and the required steps to obtain representative samples for the streams around the grinding circuit. Participants will also learn procedures for characterizing the survey samples and the use of Metcom’s circuit mass balance software.

Workshops are typically attended by 4 -18 personnel and particpants receive a certificate of CEUs from the Engineering Institue of Canada upon completion.
